A rare weed of cultivated ground

Flower diameter c 6-15 mm

Skye ID: Petals do not reach much further out from centre than sepals.  Leaf-stipules are conspicuous and have terminal lobe much longer than side lobes.  Upper leaves are narrow, not roundish like those of violets.

Other features: Annual.  Flowers creamy-white with variable yellow and purple markings.
