Rare, in wet ditches, still water or marshy ground. Whole umbel c 3-6 cm across Skye ID: Lower leaves have several leaflets on either side, of which the basal few are more or less equal in size, as in the picture below. These leaflets are not themselves divided, but toothed as in the picture on the left. Other features: Upper leaves different from the basal ones, irregularly divided. The flower umbels, which are on stalks opposite the leaves, have a whorl of bracts that are like small versions of the upper leaves. |
