Rare among rocks in mountains Flower diameter c 5-8 mm Skye ID: Leaves all in basal rosettes, purple beneath. Flowers white often tinged pink, without spots (compare Starry Saxifrage which has two yellow dots) Other features: Petals pink to purple on the underside. Flowers in tight heads; other Skye Saxifraga sp have a much looser infloresence. |
