Common in scrub, beside burns, on croftland and lower slopes of hills

Flower diameter c 1.2 cm

Skye ID: A bush or small tree.  Leaves stalked with blades c 2-3 cm, with 3 main lobes, these often further divided into small lobes or broad teeth; leaves somewhat irregular, each individual one different.

Other features: Flowers white, sometimes pinkish.  Flowers have one style, occasionally two.
