Common in grassland, roadsides, banks, open country from lowlands to high in hills. Flower diameter c 4 mm ID: Leaves unmistakable. Divided to less than halfway, unlike Alpine Lady's Mantle Other features: Flowers very small, greenish-yellow, in clusters, with 4-lobed epicalyx, 4 sepals, no petals, 4-5 stamens.
