Only known from one locality, quite plentiful there.

Flower diameter c 7-12 mm

Skye ID: Flowers like buttercups but white with yellow centres, leaves divided into threadlike segments.

Other features: Several other very similar species could one day be found in Skye as they occur not far away.  Our species has the petals well-separated; in the others they are nearly touching or even overlapping.  Also in ours the first two divisions of the leaves are usually into threes, and there are no "floating leaves" (rather buttercup-like non-threadlike leaves),
