Common on bare ground and in grassland

Individual flower diameter c 3 mm

Skye ID: Narrow non-fleshy leaves with 3 or 5 strongly marked parallel veins.

Other features: Flowerhead always very short compared to the long spike normal on Ratstail Plantain. Leaves not as narrow as Sea Plantain but much narrower than Ratstail Plantain.
