Fairly frequent in wet grassland

Flower diameter c 2-3.5 cm

Skye ID: Flower structure unlike any other.  If flower is like these pics, you have it.

Other features: 5 sterile stamens have bristles tipped with yellow glands forming five rings of dots as in picture on left.  5 fertile stamens have cream-coloured anthers, also visible in picture.  Basal leaves look like those of violets and there is just one stem leaf, similar but stalkless.
