Occasional where both parents grow. Flower diameter c 8-12 mm ID: Intermediate between the parents. Identity cannot usually be determined with certainty unless clearly part of a population with both parents, but densely-flowered robust plants having the lower lip clearly 3-lobed with an upward indentation between the lobes, the side lobes not (or only remotely) wavy-edged, and the flower colour more purple than pink are likely to be this hybrid. The plant in the picture was determined by an expert. Other features: Leaves may be spotted or unspotted. |
