Frequent on bare dry ground such as gravelly areas or eroded roadside banks.

Flowers c 12-15 mm long

ID: Flowers in tight clusters as in pic, looking whitish-based at a distance, and leaves pinnate with white-felted underside.  Terminal leaflet on lower leaves much larger than side leaflets.

Other features: More or less prostrate plant sometimes forming extensive mats.
