Common in wet ground, usually lowland but sometimes on hills. Flowerhead c 18-25 cm across Skye ID: Flowerhead terminal and rounded, leaves have minty scent. Leaves distinctly stalked, less than twice as long as broad (or just over). Sepal tube hairy. Other features: Often has smaller whorls in leaf-axils below the main head. |
