Common on bare ground and mud Tepals c 3-6 mm long. Skye ID: Tepals green (sometimes striped darker) with whitish border. Has stem-leaves. Inflorescence forked with flowers in (some of) the forks. Other features: Very variable annual. A low-growing plant but can be up to 25 cm high. Some flowers solitary, others in small clusters. Flowering part of stem much branched and often occupying most of height of plant. |
