Common on rocks and walls Pinnae c 5 mm long Skye ID: Rachis black along its entire length. Other features: Black wiry rachis persists after pinnae fall off, and on most plants some of these can be seen along with those that still have pinnae, as in the picture on the left (the other plant in the pic is Black Spleenwort) |
